My Role

As part of the Linkgroup team, I led the UX/UI design for the KWO Grimselstrom website, transforming its digital presence into a visually sophisticated, intuitive and brand-focused experience. The aim was to modernise the site while maintaining its clarity, structure and brand identity, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Challenge

I was responsible for:

  1. Workshop facilitation to define the project canvas, objectives and user needs with the client in Miro Board.
  2. Site Architecture & Benchmarking – Analyzed the status quo, researched industry best practices, and optimized the site’s structure.
  3. Moodboards & Wireframes – Crafted the visual direction and designed intuitive layouts and interactions.
  4. UX/UI Redesign – Revamped the website with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and engagement.
  5. Corporate Design Refinement – Lightly adjusted colors and fonts to enhance visual harmony while staying true to the brand.
