web page redesign (concept)
The goal was to improve the Helsana Groups services, and to simplify and restructure existing content in order to make it more user friendly. The current Helsana web site is quite overwhelming. The version for private customers differs significantly from that for businesses. This affects the structure of different sub-pages, making the user journey inconsistent. I tried to simplify the structure and to reduce the written content, while also providing a layout that is easy to interact with.
Blog posts and articles make up an important part of the Helsana web page. Currently, these pages are not very engaging. My idea is to make them more similar to modern blogs and web magazines (e.g Medium, Mashable). This would offer more options for users to interact with articles – social share, comments etc. The bottom part of the page would contain links to related Helsana offerings and services.
